We offer a professional project management from the start to finish or just the need for someone to follow through with your plans on the event day.
We can assist with very small intimate celebration for two to a multi level event or conference.
Our services include all of the options below;
- We can do as much or as little as you need. A coordination fee will be determined during a no obligation meeting to be sure we are both clear of your needs and how we can best suit your needs and learn of your priorities.
- Design and collaboration, timeline and full event production.
- Schedule and attend interviews for venue and vendor selections – decor, entertainment, photographic/video archives, food and beverage, lighting, rentals, animation elements.
- Vendor negotiations to contract management.
- Confirmations of all event details with all suppliers - in writing or contract form.
- Manage and coordination and liaison for all suppliers and their needs.
- Meetings to develop itinerary, review vendor contracts and expectations and overview of details including budget suggestions and payment and deposit schedules.
- Manage and the follow through of event plan and ‘day of’ event flow.
- Decor design to include floral, table linen, special cake creation, room design and lighting needs.
- Floor plan for event and seating details for all guests and partners.
- Accommodation and visiting guests requirements – preferred hotel rates for your guests with internet access for direct guest booking, activity and spa appointments ; full concierge service.
- Creative input for custom website; invitations and stationery.
- Unlimited phone and email access to Linda and her production staff.
- Weekly scheduled event production meetings in person or on phone or skype.
