Full Service Event Planning

Our full service wedding planning package is designed to meet and exceed all your requirements. We take care of every aspect, allowing you and your partner to focus on other priorities. Planning a wedding can be an extensive process and not only is it time-intensive it can also be overwhelming. Our team of seasoned planners is dedicated to curating a plan tailored to your wedding aspirations and preferences.


Included in Full Service Wedding Package:

  • Full event floral design

  • Provide vendor referrals and assist with negotiations 

  • Schedule and attend meetings with all vendors

  • Create a detailed timeline 

  • Help to determine and manage the budget

  • Schedule & attend site tours and menu tastings 

  • Brainstorm style and design elements for your

  • overall celebration 'look'

  • Coordinate hotel room block 

  • Coordinate transportation needs

  • Assist with suggestions for emcee script

  • Oversee everything on your wedding day

  • Wedding Planner plus one Associate planner on site from the start of the vendor arrival to the end of the event take down -  12 - 15 hours

Partial Event Planning

Perfect for the couple who has time to do some of their own planning but needs some help and guidance.

This package is for the couple who knows what they want, has time to do their own planning & would just like help on their special day and the weeks leading up to it.

Included in Partial Event Planning Package:

  • Give you "A" list of vendors - you take care of all contracts and negotiations 

  • Meet with you 6 weeks before the wedding to reviews signed contracts and confirm logistics

  • Arrange a site visit with the couple and the venue manager to go over the day's event timeline 

  • A detailed timeline is designed to ensure a successful plan is executed 

  • Assist with the rehearsal as required

  • Assist with the emcees' script and help as needed 

  • Assist with the set up of table scapes, placecards, personal items and manage the floor plans etc. 

  • Planner is on site for a minimum of 12 hours 

  • Associate planner is on site for up to 8 hours - assisting with the set up and returning to assist with take down 

  • If additional Associate planners are required - rate will be negotiated 

  • If 'heavy lifting' of your own props or DIY elements is required - a rate will be discussed

A La Carte Coaching Services

Coaching and help to get you through the steps to planning your own event $90.00/hour - two hour minimum
